Job Title: Outlet Manager

- Job Description: The Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Outlet. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and maximizing profitability.
Oversee all aspects of the restaurants daily operations.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar managerial role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Good understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
