Job Responsibility
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and set clear team goals.
- Planning and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
- Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Delivering excellent customer service with a customer comes first attitude.
- Foster excellent customer service for all customers by connecting with the customer and applying Apple customer experience expectations.
- Managing store operations, organising and assigning tasks and duties to store staff.
- Monitoring and provide feedback to all staff on their overall performance.
- Conducting staff performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Listening to and resolving customer complaints, communicating issues or conflict to District Manager.
- Motivating team members, recognising high performance and reward accomplishments
- Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all staff in store.
- Ensure all employee adhere to companys policies and guidelines.
- Ensure the cash handling policies are being adhered to at all times.
- Listening to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Delegating and managing tasks and set deadlines for store team.
- Monitoring store security cables and demo devices to be in good conditions all the times.
- Monitoring and maintaining store and back room cleanliness and condition.
- Lead by example in customer service and portray the right attitude at all times.
- Ensure training of staff is a priority and support all training programs rolled out by the Company.
- Actively engage with subordinates and all channel within the Company by providing input and feedback.
- Additional Store Leader duties may be assigned as and when needed by District Manager or Operations Manager.
- Maintaining and upholding all company policies and standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- 3 years of experience in retail industry
- Can speak in English fluently
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of company.
