Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and welcoming customers: As the initial point of contact, you will warmly welcome customers, ensuring they feel valued and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Scheduling appointments: You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient accommodations for our customers.- Upselling services, products & packages: Your role will involve promoting and selling additional services and products, such as hair treatments or styling products, to enhance revenue and provide a comprehensive customer experience.
Ensuring stylist's provision of excellent service: You will guarantee that customers receive high-quality service that aligns with their needs and expectations, including monitoring stylist performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer complaints: Your responsibilities will include handling customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
Answering and responding to company phone messages: You will manage messages, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns on WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Recognizing the significance of these messages as potential first points of contact for customers or repositories of vital information is essential.- Sales reporting: You may be tasked with generating sales reports, tracking sales data, and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to our salon's sales goals and revenue optimization.
Ensuring a clean and well-maintained store: Your duties encompass monitoring the cleanliness and stocking of essential supplies, such as paper towels and soap, in the store, restrooms, and other areas. Maintaining a clean and inviting environment is pivotal for creating a positive customer experience and upholding the salon's reputation.
- Morning briefing with stylists: You will lead a daily morning briefing with stylists to review the day's schedule, client notes, and update stylists on any new products, procedures, or promotions.
Ensuring that stylists adhere to the CocoDry Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Handbook: This involves training stylists on the SOP and Handbook, monitoring their compliance, and addressing any deviations from the standard.- Ensuring that company assets, such as dryers and stylers, remain in good condition: Regular inspections to ensure proper equipment functioning and arranging for maintenance or repairs as necessary are your responsibility.
Maintaining a clean and organized salon hand on hand with Skill Lead : You will ensure that the salon remains clean and organized, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Managing inventory: You will maintain inventory levels, ensuring the salon is adequately stocked with products and materials. This includes tracking and managing stock levels for all salon supplies, like hair products, towels, and styling tools, and ordering new supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Monthly grocery purchase.
Previous experience as a receptionist or outlet manager in Retail is preferred.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
