SUMMARY:Managing and responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Ezkey & Ecu Werkz Sdn Bhd to ensure efficient customer service, manage staff, maintain quality standards, and encourage business growth.
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Profit and Loss of the business
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase the revenue of the business
Manage the budget and inventory of the business, including purchasing, upkeep of equipment, utensils, to ensure the efficiency of the business operation- Overseeing the staffs well-being through maintenance, rewards, and discipline
Engage with clients to address their concerns and provide an excellent impression of the business.
- Analyses information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Provides information to the director regarding business matters- Prepare timely and accurate reports to the board of directors
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry.- Degree/Diploma in Automotive
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and with attention to detail
