_OUTLET EXECUTIVE
_Customer Service:
- Follow customer service guidelines during interactions.
- Maintain regular contact with customers, offer after-sales service, and build a strong customer network.
- Handle inquiries, collect feedback.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanor, offer assistance, and focus on customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Build product knowledge, display products, and manage inventory.
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and preferences to the products.
- Understanding and application of techniques and principles aimed at efficiently managing, storing, transporting, and distributing products.
-Maintain outlet cleanliness and proper product displays.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficiency.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Manage stock in and out records, sales transactions, daily balances, and inventory counts.
- Assist with cash register and POS system operations .
- Support colleagues, promote cooperation, and communicate effectively within the team.
- Acts of kindness and assistance contribute to a positive team culture.
- Participate in briefings and provide feedback to improve outlet operations efficiency.
