The essential duties and responsibilities of an Outlet Crew, which can include, but not limited to :
- Dough Preparation
- Dough transferring / proofing / retarding / topping / filling
Supply appropriately proofed dough for baking- Coordinate closely with cashier on supply needed
Prepare in advance to ensure sufficient supply of proofed dough (staggered based on expected demand)
- Minimal error and wastage in handling dough preparation and baking.
- Bake
- Set up the oven to appropriate temperature
Bake only sufficiently proofed dough- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
Reject substandard buns e.g. burnt / flat
- Hygiene
- Clean as you go culture
Maintain a good Personal hygiene according to employee handbook standards- Ensure the cleanliness of Equipment and utensils in outlet are well maintained
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
- Customer Service
- Providing excellent customer service interaction and experience.
* Handling the POS when needed.
- Packing and Coordinate pre-orders when needed.
- Communication
- Regular communications with outlet team members
