Job Responsibilities:-
Ensure smooth operations on a daily basis

Supervisor, Team Leader or Captain in F& B industries __e_ncouraged to apply
Provide junior team members with the training and direction they need to meet company and personal expectations
Supervise, manage, and oversee team members of the outlet
Ensure good customer experience, and satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty
Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that outlet and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
Ensure consistency, high standard food products are served to customers
Manage food preparations, cooking, and general duties in the kitchen
Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene and cleanliness standard
