Job Description

Job Scope:

Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers, ensuring all relevant details are included.
Verify billing information against contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
Process customer payments efficiently, ensuring that all payments are accurately applied to the appropriate invoices.
Maintain detailed records of all cash applications and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct thorough credit reviews for new and existing customers, evaluating their creditworthiness and financial stability.
Set appropriate credit limits and terms based on credit reviews and company policies.
Monitor and review customer credit limits regularly, making adjustments as necessary to mitigate financial risk.
Manage the collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiating payment plans if necessary.
Prepare and send collection notices, statements, and reminders to customers with outstanding balances.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve OTC processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OTC processes, preferably with strong credit review experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in SAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work early hours to support Australia and New Zealand regions.
