Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all OSHA regulations and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in OSHA regulations and update company policies accordingly.
Prepare and submit required OSHA reports and documentation.
- Safety Program Development:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies.- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified hazards.
Provide OSHA training to employees and management.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and materials.
Conduct regular safety meetings and drills.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of company facilities.- Identify non-compliance issues and work with management to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
Implement and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work with management, employees, and external agencies to promote a safe working environment.- Communicate safety policies and procedures to all employees.
Serve as the primary contact for OSHA inspectors and other regulatory bodies.
