Monitor & promote staff adherence to HSE policies- Responsible for monitoring all HSE performances (at all jobsites) delivery on HSE objectives, metrics, and KPIs.
Ensure required safety meetings are conducted, documented, and reported monthly
- Create safety presentations as needed.
Have a knowledge regarding JSAs, HIRARC, CHRA, Method Statements- Perform HSE inspections of offices, jobsites and wherever required.
Participate in lead investigations (e.g., accidents, incidents, faults, non-conformances, customer complaints), including the preparation/facilitation of Nuras procedures, generating Corrective/Preventive actions and reporting into databases appropriately.
- Prepare and/or review Lessons Learned and Safety Alerts for the companies.
Organize fire alarm and fire drill testing as required.- Manage special projects & other duties as it related to HSE procedures and as assigned by Management.
Represent the Management and liaise with DOSH, DOE and other Government Regulatory Authorities whenever required & ensure a consistent updating of all related DOSH required docs.
- Coordinate Safety audits & trainings whenever required.
Assist in other tasks as requested by the Management- Must willing to travel when required.
