Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance organizational alignment and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to assess business needs and design suitable OD interventions.
2. Change Management
- Lead change management efforts, including communication strategies, workshop facilitation, and leader coaching.
- Design and implement change readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness.
3. Talent and Succession Management
- Manage talent assessments, development planning, and succession planning for critical roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and establish tailored development programs.
4. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process, including objective setting, performance evaluation, and feedback delivery.
- Create tools and frameworks to enhance goal-setting and performance evaluation practices.
5. Employee Engagement and Culture
- Conduct engagement surveys regularly, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen the company culture, focusing on employee engagement and retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in OD, HR, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent management.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, preferred location in Singapore or Malaysia.
