Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Active communication and engagement with customer and internal team to ensure orders are processed promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal team and customer on orders delivery timeline.
  • Support and work with commercial team for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Provide commercial team for operational support when necessary.
  • Attend to customer enquiries: pricing. MOQ, quality, delivery etc.
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders in sales coordination related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Min possess Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Have at least 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Can speak in English & Mandarin
  • Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation, order processing, and client communications.
