Order Management Executive Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Your new company

My client is a world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for an Order Management Executive to be part of the team that is responsible for running all Supply Chain related functions across the APAC region and globally. This person will execute the customer order management processes with a consistent high level of service.

Your new role

• Execute the Customer Order Management processes set up in KL Hub with the different models & interfaces
• Processing of sales and purchase orders from various customers in a timely manner
• Service contact for assigned countries - monitor order status and provide update information to the countries and customers
• Bill of Lading draft checking (for Letter Credit orders, 3rd party supplier orders and key customer orders)
• Upload / maintain documents in SAP for audit trail

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or High Diploma preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Supply Chain Management process knowledge, including hands-on experience in order management and shipping document handling.
• Open to fresh graduates and people with up to 2 years of similar working experience.
