Responsibilities:- To manage Quote to Order Process.
To be the window and is responsible to initiate and reply to correspondence received from customers.- To perform customer order data entry into system and send acknowledgement to customers in a timely and professional manner.
To manage sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
- To develop and maintain good customers relations, work together with other departments to achieve higher customer loyalty
To maintain regular customer updates on order status (order delays/ expedition/change of request)- To responsible to follow up with customers (changes in MOS/drop shipment instructions/ shipping documents & etc.) and coordinate the shipment changes/requirement with internal team
To liaise closely with shipping department to ensure timely shipment delivery arrangements.
- To generate proforma invoice and manage follow up.
To generate and provide official invoices to customers and assists AP/AR payment and related issues.- To actively participate in all continuous improvement activities to achieve the company goals.
Any other task assigned as and when required.
- Skillset(s) & Requirements:
2-5 years working experience. Preferably working in fast-paced manufacturing and sales environment
- Preferable language proficiency in English / Malay / Mandarin (_as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients)_ and moderate written and oral communication skills.
Microsoft office skill-Excel- Good understanding of order transaction and BC/MRP order process
Able to work independently and is initiative with good interpersonal communication skills.- A fast worker who is able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.
Detail oriented, strong team player and adaptable to fast paced environment.
