To provide professional consultation to customers.
To achieve monthly personal sales target.
To ensure accuracy of refraction skill.
Helps customers with fitting glasses or contact lenses, after obtaining prescriptions from Optometrists.
To solve customers complaints wisely.
Advises customers on the styles and characteristics of eyewear to best suit their needs.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Optometry or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
