Tasks & responsibilities- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, eye coordination, and overall eye health.
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other vision aids based on patients visual needs, lifestyle, and preferences.- Offer guidance and mentorship to new optometrists, assisting them in acclimating to their roles, navigating clinical challenges, and developing professional competencies.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate optometric staff on best practices, new technologies, and industry trends in eye care.
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance staffs proficiency in performing eye examinations, diagnosing ocular conditions, and prescribing corrective measures.
