Job Responsibilities
- Retail Sales:Conduct sales activities at retail outlets, promoting and selling eyewear products.
- Shop Operations:Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Customer Service:Provide professional optical consultations and personalized advice to customers.
- Eye Refraction:Perform refraction tests to determine customers vision needs accurately.
- Dispensing:Fit and dispense spectacles and edge lenses based on customers prescriptions.
- Inventory Management:Oversee stock levels, manage inventory controls, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Shop Maintenance:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Training:Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by the company to develop and enhance your professional skills

Qualifications
- Professional Registration:Must be registered with the Malaysia Optical Council (MOC), Majlis Optik Malaysia (MOM), or hold an FBDO certificate.
- Availability:Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willing to work on below shifts:
- Shift A: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Shift B1: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Shift B: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Shift C: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Days Off:6 days off per month (4 weekdays and 2 weekends).
- Overtime:Eligible for overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate, as required.
