CRITERIA :- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma graduate / Professional Degree in Optometry or equivalent.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Work arrangements
_ _Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm_
_Saturday - 8:30am to 2:30pm_
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations.
- Diagnose sight problems, such as near-sightedness and colour blindness.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and investigations, as instructed by ophthalmologist.
- Coordinate procurement of surgery-related products such as intro-ocular lenses and assist in managing inventory.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Assist patients in processing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide information and supportive counselling to patients on surgery (Lasik / ICL / Cataract).
- Support the front desk operations when necessary.
