-Responsible for daily operations of the outpatient clinic, treatment rooms and day-ward
-To assist the doctors in their clinics
-Provide initial patient consultation, evaluation and treatment
-Preparation of patients for clinical procedures
-Provide patient counselling and education on pertinent health issues
-Perform role of liaison for doctors and other staff to ensure quality medical care and address issues for improvement
-Provide nursing cover for OT, Counselling or Medication area
-Stay up to date with trends in the care, diagnosis and treatment of eye disordes.
-To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.
-Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism.
-Organize, file, and maintain health information in a confidential manner.
-Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management.
