Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Supervisor at ISM MIX SDN BHD. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization. This role is located in Damansara with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in the same industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
