Operations Supervisor

1. Key Accountabilities

• To ensure smooth outbound operation.
• To ensure picking, checking, packing and dispatch activity achieve KPI.
• To ensure & supervisor all orders are picked timely and accurately.
• To ensure the agreed picking processes and procedures are strictly adhered

2. Duties

• To plan picking activity accordingly against truck arrival timing to avoid congestion on the staging area.
• To initiate and simplify picking processes where applicable
• To work with planning in ensuring pick sheets are release on timely manner.
• To work closely with inventory when faced with short pick and location errors.
• To ensure replenishment and housekeeping are done promptly
• To oversee and supervise the maintenance of MHE
• To ensure overtime is controlled within the agreed limit
• To initiative on the job training among the staffs and all OJT should be recorded and filed
• To measure and monitor LEAN activity within the department Ensure ISO standards procedures are adhered at all times.
• To ensure 5S concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility.
• To ensure quality is maintained by devising and reviewing all the process up to its compliance in all the performed tasks.
• To establish & initiate Kaizen approach in the warehouse and office.
