Source and recruit suitable candidates based on client inquiries.- Provide manpower support to other associated/client companies.
Interact with various client resources focal points to discuss current and future vacancies.
- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring all recruitment orders and deadlines are met.
Conduct initial screening of shortlisted applicants before endorsing them to technical or operational personnel for final interviews.- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives; meet with managers to discuss staffing needs.
Determine applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and utilizing newsgroups and job sites.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers; conduct interviews based on a consistent set of criteria.- Ensure all incoming manpower inquiries are updated in the manpower requirement summary list.
Update and input data into the company database.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding efficiently.
* Organize essential logistics for personnel, including accommodation and transport.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Superior/General Manager.
