Position Title: Operations Officer (Air Freight) /Air Operation Officer
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours:
- 5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am 6 pm) Sat (9 am 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation
- Salary Package: Basic Salary +OT + AWS
Duration: Permanent Role
Start with handling air import duties, then gradually take on export responsibilities.- Manage incoming alerts for cargo release and coordination of delivery.
Inspect inbound cargo at the warehouse and report any issues to the team leader.
- Follow up on jobs from customer service, draft and verify airway bills (AWBs).
Prepare and process AWBs, documentation, and customs declarations for outbound cargo.- Check export cargo at the warehouse and attach airline labels as necessary.
Communicate with customers and international agents, manage emails.
- Pre-clear exports and imports with customs.
Input shipment details into the CCN system for customs compliance.- Handle billing and operational-related correspondence and tasks for both air imports and exports.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
At least a Diploma in Business, Management or its equivalent.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
