We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to achieve the annual budgeted profit & growth through the effective implementation of agreed strategies and plans of operations excellence. This cover the aspects of customer service, customer care and the monitoring the service operations effectiveness through proper management of stakeholders and assets in a manner consistent with the local country business plan.

General Objectives Of The Job:
Provide operations support to Key Accounts to achieve the annual budgeted profit & growth through the effective implementation of agreed strategies and plans of operations excellence. This covers the aspects of customer service, customer care and the monitoring of the service operations effectiveness through proper management of stakeholders and assets in a manner consistent with the local country business plan.
Customer Management Support the implementation of Key Account (KA) customer service management to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers
Administration Ensure all required reports are managed on-time and prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements
Care of Assets Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy
Customer Service Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the company Customer Service standards and procedures
Environmental Health & Safety Understand and comply to company Corporate EH&S Policy
KPI Management Support branches to monitor and achieve the agreed KPIs for the branch that involve KA: customers, sales and the operations; and report the progress towards achievement as outlined.
Limits of Authority Ensure the Authority Schedule is adhered to and permissions followed if applicable
In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing branches KA Operation performance in respect of State of service, Punctuality, Quality of recommendation, SOP, SHE compliance, etc
Conduct schedule performance review with branches of the above covering planning to service delivery as per item 1
Support and work hand in hand with branch Operations Manager to achieve mutual goals in support KA Sales deliverables
Supporting KA sales to bridge operations with customers to achieve key KPI and customer's expectation within stipulated SLA
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Diploma/Degree in related discipline or having operations management experience in Pest Control / Hygiene services is preferred
Preferably has prior experience in service industry in similar industry (Pest or Hygiene) A solid track record of achievement is necessary for consideration to join the business.
Team player, customer focused, proactive and has sense of urgency
Proficient to coordinate with other departments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
Autonomous and thrive on challenges
Computer literate and software skills.and able to convert data to presentation
Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status
Highly Desirable:
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work with all different level
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
