Job Requirement
- Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Operations with good communication & reporting skills. Hands-on experience on operations Management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong knowledge in equipment maintenance & excellent problem-solving abilities
- Degree in Engineering or any educational equivalent
- Hands-on exposure with good job experience
- Preferable experience with upstream activities in the oil exploration and production operations
Job Responsibilities
- To identify, plan & allocate adequate manpower for each project, ensuring optimal utilization for the available resources
- To be responsible for the personal and professional development of your subordinate therefore you are responsible to ensure that individual staff development program is in place performed according to plan
- Provides leadership for the Operations Department and assisting to achieve company targets through the execution of short term, quarterly, yearly & long-term plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans related to operational matters
- To manage FSEs movements and activities and to be central hub of communication between management, Other Department (S&M, Finance), Engineers and Principals on day-to-day operations. To plan and manage operational activities including Maintenance, Logistic, Inventory etc.
- To provide technical support for FSEs especially when operations is ongoing, or to S&M team as and when requested
- To establish and firm up job requirement with clients and addressed technical issues and also matters related to operations. Finalize operational Work program, including getting approval from Clients, track progress arrangement for rental Equipment and coordinate logistic requirement
- To ensure NOSSB personnel or third-party personnel engaged in company operations are well briefed and understand the safety and operational requirement and the objectives of the Work. To be fully aware of progress of job offshore and when required, provide updates to management and/or other departments
