Job Description

Recruitment for Children's Training Center Operations Manager
  • Job Requirements:
  • Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in children's education, child psychology, marketing, or business administration.
  • Work Experience:
Relevant management experience, particularly in educational training institutions or the field of children's education, is preferred.
  • Generally, more than 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Team Management Ability:
Ability to effectively lead a team, arrange and guide the work of teaching staff, ensuring the effective operation of teaching quality and educational services.
  • Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Malay is preferred.
  • Skills Requirements:
Proficient in using office software, high proficiency in internet information collection.
  • Familiar with financial systems and management systems.
  • Comprehensive Ability:
Ability to completely operate large-scale project planning, understand business development, resource matching, and independently operate project management.
  • Experience Requirements:
Experience as a chief planner or deputy chief planner involved in large-scale commercial projects.
  • Experience working for or founding medium to large-scale children's education and training systems.
Possession of certain teaching and enrollment resources, with the ability to integrate educational platforms.
  • 2. Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning Responsibilities:
Develop specific business development and marketing plans based on the location and area of the shopping mall.
  • Budget Responsibilities:
Calculate specific cost budgets and investment plans according to the detailed business development, operation, and marketing plans.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall project operations, including initial teacher training and educational resource integration, overall enrollment plan, implementation of business development and enrollment plans, and student file management.
  • Market Promotion and Business Development:
Quickly build a resource platform for this project based on the available teaching staff and student resources.
