Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs and familiar with oil and gas industry. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business day to day, maintenance service department revenue and technical matters
  • Manager all project technical related issues (candidate must be familiar E&I PTS Standard), ensure budget and timeline is met.
  • Savvy with technology and create OKR cascade to team members.
  • Create improvement plans on day to day operation efficiency.
  • Conduct 1 on 1 to team mates to understand and improve productivity

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leaderships skills and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
