Job Description

  • Maintain and update inventory records for company assets.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist/support daily supply chain operations tasks.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data; create spreadsheets using Excel.
  • File inventory record for audit purposes.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

  • Undergraduate or graduate business student or logistics related field preferred.
  • Solid analytical skills and self-motivated.
  • Competent with essential skills and experience
  • Deadline-oriented and result-driven.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork and Can-do attitude.
  • Desirable skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
