Operations Specialist Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist Intern to join our team. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and cybersecurity within a dynamic work environment. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of work packages and maintaining robust cybersecurity protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Ensure smooth execution of operations for each work package from start to finish.
  

• Coordinate logistics, including the procurement and distribution of items needed for training sessions.
  

• Monitor and manage timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure all operational requirements are met.
  

• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of work packages.
  
  Cybersecurity:
  

• Conduct daily checks on emails to identify phishing attempts and other potential security threats.
  

• Prepare and send weekly cybersecurity reports summarizing findings and actions taken.
  

• Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
  

• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to provide timely recommendations for improvements.
  
  Qualifications:
  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
