- Position: Operations Executive
Establish good working relationship with existing database of part time and full time promoters.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting promoters through existing database, advertising, referrals and etc.
Posting job advertisements on Job Portals.- Conducting phone or face to face interviews to identify suitable promoters.
Conducting job briefing and training.
- Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and event set up as assigned.
Client servicing.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.- Proactive, takes initiative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses the right attitude and passion towards recruitment.
- Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.
Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays.- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
