Job Descriptions:- Provide administrative and support services to smoothen the Operations processes such as to create sales orders/ purchase requests/ delivery orders/ invoices/ etc.
Liaise with relevant departments when necessary in order to meet order requirements.- Perform data entry, sorting and ensure proper filling system.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
At least 3 - 5 year of working experience in operations function in manufacturing / construction industry is required for this position.
- Bachelors Degree or higher education in Manufacturing, Operations, Business or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
