The Operations Executive plays a critical role in creating a positive and safe living environment for residents. The role of the Operations Executive typically involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dormitory. The Operations Executive is responsible for creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for residents.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspection, supervision, maintenance of the facility and cleanliness
- Maintain records and daily submission of reports
- Ensure the check-in and check-out processes of residents are done expeditiously and seamlessly
- Respond to residents queries and concerns expeditiously
- Manage and enforce in-house rules and regulations
- Induct and orientate new residents on house rules, points of contact and services
- Conduct room inspection during check-ins and check-outs of residents
- Respond to emergency and mitigate situations
- Foster a sense of community and inclusivity among residents
- Organize and facilitate social and educational events to encourage resident engagement
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related fields
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skill
- Good organizational skills and meticulous
- Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Certified in M&E, Facility Management and/or Fire Safety will be advantageous
