Responsible for the After-Sales operations dealing with both Suppliers, Vendors, and Customers
Once Sale is closed, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the entire import/export process, communicating closely with Suppliers, Forwarding Agents, Insurance Agents, and Customers in clear details
Ensure the payment from Customers are prompt per the Credit terms
Proactively recommends process improvements
Job Requirements
Diploma or University qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or any relevant disciplinary
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistics (Import/Export), Forwarding Agent, Shipping, etc.
Must communicate well in both written and spoken English
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferably)
Detailed oriented and basic knowledge of cash flow management is an advantage
Able to build rapport and negotiate with Vendors and Customers
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Quick-learner, go-getter, and someone who embraces challenges
Ability to think outside the box and cost conscientious
