Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
Position Title: Operations Executive/ Sales Support
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3500 + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.- Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
- Handle all necessary shipping documentation and perform duties related to shipping operations.
Process customs declarations for import and export shipments.- Coordinate import and export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum GCE O level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline.
- Experience in export operations will be advantageous.
