Job Description

Job Responsibility

Customer Service Management

  • Professionally respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and consistent support.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer support processes and optimize the overall customer experience.

Operations Support

  • Manage payment discrepancies and customer queries, including overseeing the refund process and other related tasks
  • Track and review payment statuses to quickly identify and address processing issues.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.
  • Generate regular reports on service metrics and operational performance, highlighting improvements and key trends.
  • Use customer feedback to inform process enhancements and address recurring issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and operations.
  • Fresh gradaute without the experience but with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Mandarin proficiency is appreciated.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a customer-first approach.
  • Proactive problem-solver, committed to delivering exceptional service.
