Job Description

Job Description:

1) Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order, Credit Note, Purchase Order, Stock Requisition & related documents.

2) Handle the processing of sales orders, track orders and ensure timely.

3) Liaise and coordinate with forwarders/courier services on the logistics/transportations for delivery/shipment of goods. (Local & Overseas)

4) Assists in the stocks preparation for sales & marketing such as promotion, events, activities, sampling, online channels, cash sales & etc.

5) Provide support to the sales team on daily sales operations.
  • Job Requirements:
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking.
  • Interested in learning new scopes and exploring further.
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or other relevant certifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Word and Excel.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
