The Role & Responsibilities:
GaiGai is seeking an energetic and passionate Operations Associate to join our offline dating team! Apart from meeting new people and helping singles seek their love life, you will also:
Manage the matching of clients and facilitate the scheduling of dates
Meet or exceed monthly individual operational expectations and goals
Work closely with Managers to achieve department goals
Interact with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs and follow through with exceptional service
Work with other teams internally to enhance our company operational workflow
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Facilitate enquiries from clients as well as assist in other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
You are someone based in Malaysia who is meticulous and fun-loving. You love the idea of bringing potential matches to singles and feeling a huge sense of achievement getting them into a relationship. Finally, you are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and is highly proactive in getting tasks done.
Bachelors degree from relevant courses
At least 1 to 2 years of client service experience with interaction through various channels e.g. email/phone/social media/face-to-face
Comfortable speaking over the phone/video call for liaison and coordination of work
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Good team player
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
Strong organization skills
This role is a remote role based in Malaysia, preferably Kuala Lumpur
