Responsibilities:
Responsible for execution and coordination of all day to day procedural activities relating to the work quality and standards of IUTA Services.
To ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily booking process for Unit Trust (UT) applications.
Continue to improve the work quality and standards of the Department ultimately contributing to the overall performance of the Operations Division and the company.
Handle daily UT order booking process within the SLA timeline.
Perform data entry for daily UT orders booking and new corporate client account in the system.
Perform document completeness check for KWSP application and follow-up with IUTAs on the original forms.
Assist in monitoring PRS daily booking processed by the PRS TA and follow-up exception cases with the PRS distributors.
Perform document batching for KWSP application to UTO for data enrichment, and send KWSP 9N forms and new corporate clients onboarding documents to the scanning Provider for scanning purposes.
Prepare and send various reports to IUTA, e.g., daily confirmation report, unit holding report, KWSP disbursement and rejection list etc.
Handle post dividend declaration process in terms of liaising with Finance Operations and UTO on sending of tax vouchers and statement of reinvestment to the IUTAs, and handle enquiries on dividend payment.
Perform signature verification for IUTAs booking reports and redemption requests.
Prepare Service Request and manual booking forms.
Handle enquiries on job related functions.
Ensure proper maintenance of all documentations for future references (i.e. transaction form and reports etc).
Liaise with other departments and external parties (as and when requried for completing the tasks assigned) on daily operations.
Assist Unit Head or Department Head in carrying out any project or ad-hoc activities.
Execute any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics, or equivalent
0-1 year of working experience in operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Independent and detailed in system processing.
Result-oriented and committed to ensure delivery of quality work.
