Job Description :- Maintaining constant communication with managers, team members and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations
Able to lead and motivate the team in achieving operational goals- Maintaining good business relationships with suppliers, vendors and external partners
Conducting and fulfilling outbound wholesales independently and effectively
- Managing inventory and merchandising in the outlet
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to build brand and grow sales
At least 1-2 years experience in sales, operations and managerial role, preferably in F&B industry- Able to manage people and lead the team
Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge, will be beneficial
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Able to work weekends & public holidays- At least Diploma in Operations Management/Business Management or equivalent
Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure
5 day work week, no split shifts
* 14 days of annual leave (upon completion of probation period, prorated)
