Job Description

_Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:_
  • Assist in coordination and communication between kitchen, outlets, and food delivery platforms such as Food Panda and Grab Food; -
Address and escalate any operational issues, such as delayed orders, missing items, refund or quality concerns to the relevant departments or managers as needed.
  • Verify, monitor, and update daily records of receipts and forms received from outlets.
Administer and communicate with accounts department on payment status.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and payment of every outlet.
Provide administrative support to various outlets, assisting in tasks that are essential to our day-to-day business operations: -
  • Verify, monitor, and update all operational information shared via Google sheets for outlets staffs details and movements and communicate with Outlets Manager for any matters or issue identified.
Administer, monitor, and maintain proper record of renewal and payment of all insurances, business licenses and permits for HQ and outlets.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain proper record of fire extinguisher license, Cuckoo maintenance, pest control, Wi-Fi, phone line, photocopy machine meter reading, air-conditioner maintenance and any other facilities for HQ, hostel, and outlets.
Administer staff hostel matters, maintain proper record of maintenance including hostel cleanliness, utilities bills and communicate with accounts department for payment purposes.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain proper record of company vehicles road tax, insurance, and Puspakom matters and to take necessary action as and when required.
Maintain and organize important documents, records, and paperwork for various outlets and assist in preparing and distributing documents as required.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between outlets and HQ and handle inquiries, emails, and phone calls from outlet staff on office related matters.
Assist on and attending to month ends stock take.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
