Responsibilities:
- Managing office operations and administrative support functions.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing the outsourced team.- Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in maintaining and monitoring SLA
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Follow-up and update current job status.- Assisting in project coordination and management.
Providing support to senior management as needed
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma holder in relevent field.
Minimum 2 years of work exp.- Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software (Excel/ Powerpoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
