Responsibilities
- Process and manage new user registrations and maintain accurate user data.
- Monitor platform activity and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal user experience.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize platform performance.
- Assist with onboarding new talent and providing ongoing operational support.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management methodologies a plus.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms or the entertainment industry a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
