Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- A member of Incident Response team to manage critical incidents - to monitor, manage and provide root cause analysis and reporting on Operational Risk issues.
- Risk identification, assessment and evaluation: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company, evaluating controls and development and implementation of enhancements, including technical solutions.
- Second line risk oversight and monitoring over the Key Group Risks to ensure the appropriate processes, policies, limits and controls are in place to protect Axicorp as BAU and for unforeseen issues.
- Review and implementing risk management policies and procedures for the business.
- Supporting management and different businesses to understand the risks under their control and to assist them to develop effective control mechanisms and enhance the risk management culture.
- Strong communication across the Axi business line.
- Enterprise-wide Annual Risk Review engagement with all departments and Executives to identify new risks and assess current key risks, documenting and reporting to the Risk and Compliance Committee (RAC).
- The ability to provide quantitative and analytical reporting for executive visibility and to improve decision making.
- Organised, capable and able to meet tight deadlines and make decisions effectively but swiftly in a fast-moving environment.
- Support on special AXI projects as the Head of Risk may delegate. This may involve coordinating multiple simultaneous work streams and communicating effectively with individuals to ensure project deadlines are met and benefits delivered.
