Operation Support Executive

Position Purpose

This position is key to ensuring the timely completion of projects and maintaining operational excellence. You will be central to managing project timelines and fostering seamless collaboration across various departments. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to leverage technical skills or a design background, which is highly advantageous in our innovative work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow and productivity.
Develop, monitor, and adhere to detailed project timelines.
Identify and implement strategies to improve operational processes and systems.
Design and implement optimized operational procedures.
Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
Address operational challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
Stay updated with industry practices through ongoing training and development. What We Look for in You:
Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
Strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, with a strong resistance to pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Nice to Have:

Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with technical tools or software relevant to operations management.
Previous experience in UI/UX design.
Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies into operational processes
