Job Summary
- An Operation Support Assistant will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations. This role needs to support cross-departmental teams, manage critical operational processes, and contribute to process improvements that drive organizational success. As an Operation Support Executive key success is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily Operational Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and collaborate with teams to implement new procedures that enhance efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain and update operational records, ensuring accuracy and availability of key data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as logistics, finance, and HR) to ensure seamless operational processes.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to operational challenges as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain operational reports to track performance metrics, key deliverables, and project progress.
- Compliance: Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflow and increase operational transparency.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- Open to fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year experience in the Operations or a related field.
Language
- Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across various teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to team goals and initiatives.
