Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives.
Getting brief from client, debrief with internal team exactly clients ideas.
Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Work closely with internal departments to provide accurate solutions and information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all operational matters.
Assist in organizing and controlling project activities to ensure the workflow stays on track and within budget
Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Preferably specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Operations Management, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in technical sales environments, e-commerce, or predominantly start-ups.
Good team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships with key individuals.
Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure, within a cross-cultural and global environment.
Strong client service mindset, problem-solving, and research skills.
Organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen and marketing sense.
