Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives.
  • Getting brief from client, debrief with internal team exactly clients ideas.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide accurate solutions and information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all operational matters.
  • Assist in organizing and controlling project activities to ensure the workflow stays on track and within budget
  • Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sales environments, e-commerce, or predominantly start-ups.
  • Good team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships with key individuals.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure, within a cross-cultural and global environment.
  • Strong client service mindset, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen and marketing sense.
