Assist users in troubleshooting various issues related to office equipment, including software, hardware, and network problems.
Handle office building affairs such as asset registration, equipment distribution, recovery, and formatting.
Conduct inspections and maintenance work in the server room, including firewall, switch, router, server, and other network equipment.
Manage user accounts for various systems, including creating and disabling accounts, and configuring permissions.
Build and maintain various systems or servers to ensure their normal operation and continuous optimization.
Manage various existing functions on Azure, such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and Single Sign On.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in troubleshooting system software and hardware: such as reinstalling Windows/MacOS systems, resolving application software issues, locating and replacing hardware failures of devices, etc.
Proficient in installing and troubleshooting various peripheral devices used in the office, such as monitors, printers, keyboards, and mice.
Basic knowledge of networks, such as VLAN, subnet, port forwarding, etc.
Able to quickly locate and solve various difficult problems that arise during daily office work.
Able to respond promptly to internal staff inquiries or problems.
Capable of effective planning and task management, and delivering tasks assigned by superiors on time.
Highly cooperative and able to assist colleagues in other departments in solving daily tasks and completing tasks assigned by superiors.
Possess clear logical thinking, strong self-learning ability, and excellent service consciousness.
Must reside in employee dormitories to respond and handle emergency affairs in the office building.
