Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Address and resolve performance issues
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials, placing orders as needed.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct quality control checks and audits to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or coordinator role, preferably in a factory, hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
