-Develop and execute product operations strategies to achieve growth objectives in the Attractions, Tours, F&B, & Events vertical.
-Responsible for local activities products developing and sourcing management, supplier relationship maintenance, cooperation agreement signing and negotiation according to company strategy and policy;
-Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to integrate new offerings seamlessly into N3 platform.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market gaps
-Build and nurture relationships with key industry players and stakeholders to drive business expansion and innovation.
-Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, quotation, pricing, upselling, and promotional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3 - 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking suppliers).- Strong understanding of attractions, tours, F&B, events ecosystem with established industry networks (Preferably with knowledge in Southeast Asia, East Asia and Middle East region).
Experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
