Responsibilities:- To lead ODM Melaka production team proactively to make sure they manage and plan all resources planning and have sufficient space to produce the modules and machines for shipments. This includes the coordination from logistic to assembly to make sure all the material receives on time and make sure to produce the orders according to dateline given by customer.
To lead the ODM Melaka production quality team proactively to make sure they manage and plan all the incoming and outgoing quality matters. This includes the coordination from supplier until customer to make sure all the incoming and outgoing material meet the quality requirement by customer.- To lead the ODM Melaka production planning team proactively to make sure they manage and assuring an accurate scheduling of Sales Orders and Forecast in the system and provide customer timely feedback about the delivery statuses. To make sure planners do plan and organize material demand systematically by using the system and ensure that material demand (including long lead time items) is triggered timely.
To lead the ODM Melaka production head and Manufacturing Engineer proactively to make sure they manage and assuring an accurate production Built Of Material and Material Master in the planning system. This includes the coordination accurate quotation (or standard module cost) and for a proper processing and quote of all Engineering Changes.
- To do cost reduction and process improvement to achieved high cost saving on projects.
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer to find out the root cause and fixed all issue immediately during equipment assembly and check out.
Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic engineering or equivalent.- Knowledge on Automation equipment manufacturing process.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing area.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
